 Our Technician performs a visual inspection at the time of cleaning. It is intended as a convenience to our customers. Not as a certification of fireworthiness or safety. Since conditions of usage and other factors are beyond our control, we make no warranties as to the safety or functionality of any appliance, and none is to be implied.

Payment is due at the time of service. There is a $10.00 fee to email each statement if payment is not made at the time of service. Interest on late payments will be calculated from the date of completion at 2% per month compounded or partial month. A 25% restocking fee on any returned item will apply. No returns after 30 days. No returns on unique or custom installations. Note: $35.00 FEE ON RETURNED CHECKS. The customer is responsible for all fees if the account goes to collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
